What office sizes are available and what do they cost?
We have two sizes. A 15 m² office suits 2–3 people and starts from R6 000.00 per month excl. VAT. A 30 m² office suits 4–6 people and starts from R12 000.00 per month excl. VAT.
What is included in the monthly fee?
A single monthly fee covers your rental, utilities and day-to-day building services. That includes high-speed internet, electricity and water, cleaning and maintenance, reception and meeting rooms, and secure parking with access control.
Are the offices furnished?
No. The offices are private and unfurnished, so you can fit them out your own way. Furniture shown in the photos is for illustration only.
What is the minimum lease term?
The minimum term is 3 months. After that we offer flexible terms, so you can scale up or down as your business changes without the commitment of a traditional lease.
Is there backup power during load-shedding?
Yes. Generator power is available during power failures and load-shedding.
Can I use a boardroom?
Yes. Tenants have access to meeting rooms and projector facilities.

What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. Tenants have 24-hour access to their offices.
