This policy explains how Miracle Park Office Suites, a Purple Rain Properties development (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the Request a Quotation form we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, the number of people or office size you need, your preferred move-in date and anything you write in your message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. The site also loads content from Google (maps and fonts), and Google may receive your IP address when it does. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell us how many people visit the site and which pages they view.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To contact you about the office space you asked about.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not use your information for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is sent to us by email and is handled by our staff. We use service providers for website hosting and email, who process the information on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting lease, and for as long afterwards as the law requires. After that we delete them.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. To do so, email admin@prpd.co.za.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
